Discovery Legends Tier V Reputation Issue - Missing Tilly's Review-pending Modified Shield

On about the 23rd of Oct (EST) I had finished filling in all requirements for the modified shield available under Tier V discovery legends reputation except for the P. stellaviatory canisters, which I filled in one by one for the next two days. Once complete, the countdown began at 3 seconds, but I did not receive the shield. I have searched my personal inventory, bank inventory, in progress mission, reclaim under dilithium, but so far I have not had success finding the shield. I have also logged off and on again with no success. Per GM advice, I am creating this thread as a bug report for investigation as well. If anyone has come across this issue, your assistance is appreciated.

    Have you checked the Visuals tab of your Starship & Shuttle equipment?

    Hi, inferiority. Thanks for the advice. I have checked all visuals tab on all my starships and shuttles. No dice.

    I have had a recent experience as well. About a week ago, I had originally filled in all requirements for the Tilly's Review-pending Modified Shield available under Tier V discovery legends reputation except for the P. stellaviatory canisters, which I filled in one by one over the following next two days. Once complete, the countdown began at 3 seconds, but I did not receive the shield. I performed a search online for possible fixes for this issue and following other player's recommendations, ,I have searched my personal inventory, bank inventory, in progress mission, reclaim under dilithium, but so far I have not had success finding the shield. I have also logged off and on again with no success. It was recommended I post the issue here in hopes other players may have encountered the same issue, and are aware or have come across possible solutions I have not attempted?

    Something sounds amiss here, shouldn't the countdown have been 2 minutes?

    @leephor I'd say check in with the gm to see if they can check item logs for the consumed P.stellaviatori Spore Canister. I am unable to replicate this internally at this time.
