32c combadges not unlocking for Disco BOFFs

Discovery-origin bridge officers are not getting the 32nd Century Starfleet combadges unlocked as they progress in rank correctly. All of my DISC-era BOFFs are Commander rank, but only have access to Starfleet 3189 Ensign and Lieutenant JG badges. Other badges (such as Discovery-era badges) can be seen and selected as expected. Standard Starfleet BOFFs on the same character and my captain himself are unaffected entirely.
