Cant Ugrade some Gear

hi anyone haveing isues with uprading weaons and gear as i cant seem to upgrade some space weapons and ground yet on my main toons i have the lobi wepons and items upgraded to epic but on my new toon which is lvl55 cant upgrade

    That's because you're not high enough a level for those pieces yet. Alot now don't upgrade until level 60-65. You're fine, and there's no bug.

    And there is some gear that simply cannot be upgraded regardless.

    Also, for some auto-leveling gear once you reach level 55 you need try to upgrade it twice. The first time changes it from auto-leveling to mark 12 (or 11-14) but the upgrade window appears with an empty slot. The second time it works as expected.

    well, there is. the TOS phaser you get from night of the comet cannot be upgraded if you get it at Mk IV

    Especially the gear that has no other equivalents -- no lock box, lobi, dil store, fleet store versions.
