Question about Lifetime sub

Hi I was wondering when new toons gain the lifetime subs benefits, like the ev suits. I thought it was when you get into space for the first time but so for it has not unlocked for my toon. I have made one other new toon since I got the sub a few months ago, but I can't remember when he got access to the benefits. Is it a level threshold or is there something else? Thanks

    I know where they are located, but for this new character the console is not lit up at ESD. I all my other toons already have full access, but only this new character does not. I just made her so she is only lvl 2. She hasn't gotten the Lifetime sub accolades hence no unlocks.

    I believe that most of the LTS unlocks become available after level 11.

    Level is too low. Unlocks after level 10 IIRC, and other things unlock as you level.

    For Romulans a lot of unlocks are also tied to choosing a faction. So if you put that off they'll be locked out even at level 50.

    instead of crying foul at others for helping you, maybe you should have noted some of the particulars prior. just sayin'

    I wasn't at least that wasn't my intent. I never asked for the location for the rewards. My question was intended to be about when the rewards unlocked. I even said my other toons I had before I got the sub had no problem. As it turns out I was too low lvl. I got everything at lvl 5. Anyway If anyone took it that way then I'm sorry.
