DILITHIUM MINE ORE GETTING #2

First of all I want everyone here to know that tech support TOLD ME to post a bug report here for the 2nd time AGAIN and send them a link to the post AGAIN, so that's what I am doing and I would really appreciate if you do not delete this or tell me its in the wrong spot when STO tech support directed me here AGAIN to do what I am doing. Also this post has updated information that tech support told me and my IRITATION with this whole thing.
Secondly, tech support told me this statement, "I have heard back from the lead game specialist. Based on their investigation from your video, it appears to be a potential game bug that they'll be reporting to the development team. Before they proceed, they may require a bug report from you that they'll send to the development team for checking as part of the requirement to get it looked into.
Thirdly, WHAT I SAID BEFORE IN THE FIRST BUG REPORT I WAS TOLD TO MAKE. "Every one of my chars on my ENTIRE account only gets like 200 Dilithium ore per node or 1000 ore per 5 nodes when I get 700 to 800 points per node or 3500 to 4000 points per 5 nodes and I have friends who are getting like 1000 Dilithium ore per node and 5000 ore such per 5 nodes for the same amount of points. What is going on why am I getting less than my friends when mining at the Dilithium mine. ALL of there chars have this ability but all my chars don't. I was told that there was improvements on the Dilithium mine and that is when they got this increase. HOWEVER I have not been playing until recently for like the last 5-6 years so whatever update made the change to my friends accounts, I apparently didn't get on my account."
PS: This was all brought on because they said they were getting that much from the mine and that's where I needed to go for Dilithium. Even streamed it and watched it myself on discord and was amazed they were getting 800 more or per node or 4000 more ore per 5 nodes compared to my 200 per node and 1000 per 5 nodes

PS3: THIS IS GETTING ANNOYING!!!!!!!!! If I have to make one more bug report when this will be my 2nd SAME POST I will just scrap the entire thing and just DEAL WITH THE FREAKING 200 ORE on my entire account. I should not have to fill out this many bug reports for the same freaking thing nore be pushed to do something immediately when I HAVE A FREAKING LIFE OUTSIDE OF GAMES. For 2 days strait I was pushed AND WAS DEMANDED that I make the video and I WASNT EVEN HOME. I was helping my grandparents and I don't like being pushed around when I am with family and away from the house. How can I make a freaking video when I am not home. Do you all have no freaking patience and how many times are we going to go in a circle doing bug report after bug report till this is solved.

It sounds like he's doing the basic "Asteroid Mining" quest and his friends are showing him the "Rich Dilithium Claim" results.

Before commenting you need to read because I gave all information directly what tech support said in my email. That and you don't know what was completely said in my email so without having all the information don't comment please. I've been at this for 5 days and there's been ALOT of chatter.
If you had honestly read it instead of skimming like everyone does now adays but a few like myself you would never have commented and went against the specialists review of my video.

The specialist wouldn't have said it was a potential game bug after they reviewed the video if it wasn't possible. READ PEOPLE
I'm not sure how you arrived at 3.3X but for sake of argument, yea, it's not possible to get 1000 from a normal node.
EDIT: Using your numbers above, it would be possible to get close to 1000 if you have a Bonus Dilithium Ore Pool (assuming it wasn't part of your 3.3x calculations).
With the exception of the one daily 'bonus' mining node which is 480 dilithium, which is the only one that could produce 1000ish all other nodes produce the same 200 dilithium as the regular mine.
