Missing Event Buyout Items (Equal & Opposite)

I missed the last day of the event, and used 300 Zen to buy out the event. I received the Mirror Gagarin, and the console, but no weapons or upgrades. The option no longer exists in the Zen store Event Buyout tab, the Lobi store, or anywhere else I can see. Please assist!

    If you Buy Out the event, you should have received all the rewards. If you didn't, the only people that can help you are Customer Support. You need to file a ticket with them to have your missing rewards given to you.
