Missing Personal Traits

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I am unable to use Personal Traits in Space and Ground - I am sure I have allready unlocked them some time ago but now they are locked and even i Fleet Research Lab there is no option to unlock them its just black screen with no option to choose.

When I enter my traits is showing 2 locked skills- but they were unlocked for a very long time ago
I have no options to buy new slots and yet it says that I can but hem on fleet research lab

    Fleet Reserach Lab allows you to buy Reputation Ground and Space Trait slots. As mentioned above, the tooltip for the Personal Ground and Space Trait slots is wrong.
