Why I can not see any offer to buy Zen?

Because there is a backlog on Zen due to the price being maxed out. Been this way (off and on) for a month or more. The Devs claim they are working on ways to bring the price down, and they did try one thing that briefly brought it down to 499-ish Dil per Zen, but it quickly went back up.

    Patience is the key.

The problem is the developer not want to help the game in other game happend the same doe example in EVE and the help to lower the price and put the game in right track as remember. I hope they react ASAP.

    Thank you

Why I can not see any offer to buy Zen?

Because the exchange rate hit the cap and all of the pending offers to sell Zen went through. So now people wishing to buy have to wait until someone wants to sell.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but yes, that is exactly what is going on. Whether or not it is a "problem" is a matter of opinion.

What happened in the past, was that zen sellers could post offers at above the current exchange rate, in the hopes that it would drift up and then their offer would complete, once someone posted a dilithium sale offer that was at the same rate.

However... a few weeks ago, the exchange rate hit the cap, so it is no longer possible to post zen for sale at above-rate.

Once that happened, all of the offers at the cap amount eventually went through, and then there were no more waiting zen-sale offers... so now it's the dilithium sellers who have to post their offers and wait for them to go through when someone is willing to sell the other.

To compare in real-world economics: it's like a car dealership kept raising the price of cars, in the hopes someone would pay more, and people did... only the government then put a price limit on the cars, and then the car dealership was selling the cars at the limit, and all the cars got bought anyway, so now people have to wait for a new car to be delivered from the factory. (In this example the cars are the zen.)

What, exactly, is there to "fix"?

I mean... the issue isn't a technological problem. It's not that there is zen for sale that is somehow not showing up in the window.

The problem is that there's no zen for sale, because the relative value of dilithium dropped enough that the exchange rate hit cap, all of the pending sell-zen offers completed, and now people who are trying to sell dilithium have nobody to sell to.

The only solutions to that are either of these two things:

    - remove the cap on the exchange rate (which they apparently do not want to do)
    - make dilithium more valuable to pull the exchange rate back down

They already made a couple of attempts at that second option, but they were not very successful.

The main issue is that the "whales" - people willing to buy large amounts of zen for conversion - don't have as much use for dilithium as they did in the past, because of several reasons (maxing out their fleet development, maxing out equipment upgrades, the deprecation of the R&D system, etcetera.) So there are less and less people willing to sell zen. The developers need to come up with some new thing that the "whales" want.

The exchange is working, you basically just have to make an offer and wait in line for people to sell enough Zen to meet the requirements of people who made offers before you.

I put a small zen buy offer up earlier today and it went through. There is more demand for Zen then there is supply. When people sell Zen for Dil, the offer goes through instantly. When people put up offers to buy Zen for Dil, they'll have to wait a bit. This is the reverse of how things would normally be if you tried to buy or sell Zen, normally the Zen sellers have to wait for people to buy their Zen. You can actually see the transactions happening if you switch to the Sell Zen tab and watch it for a while. (How long it may take for the numbers to change may vary depending on the time of day.)

Devs are working on additional Dil sinks to try and balance out the Dil/Zen exchange, and will be introducing them gradually, so they can monitor the effectiveness of each one. We don't know what form those Dil sinks will take, but the account bound Vanity Shields for Dil one they tried out worked for a bit, until the Zen store sale when demand for Zen spiked again.

It's not "ignoring you". There is a waiting list, caused by a shortage of zen sellers and the price cap. As discussed above.

There is still zen available for sale? I never saw a single digit once...

The dil/zen exchange is flooded with dil so people who want zen have to wait. Normally it was the other way around and people trading zen for dil, at the current rate, had to wait.

At the time I'm making this post, there are around 270 thousand zen worth of dil offers queued up waiting for people to trade zen for dil. Which is down quite a bit since the last time I checked and there was like 500 thousand zen worth of offers waiting. (270k zen would be around 135 million dilithium offered on the exchange if my math is right.)

And they are working on things to try and balance out the exchange, but they'll take some time to make and we won't know how effective their measures will be until after they've been implemented.

Edit: And by wait I mean you put up your offer and go do other stuff and check on it some time later. Could happen in minutes or hours, or it might take days, depending on how many people are ahead of you in line and how much people buy zen to trade for dil.

And you won't. Because any Zen posted for sale is getting processed immediately. (I can confirm this; have sold some myself.)

However, the exchange is still working; it's just putting dilithium sellers on a waiting list for when new Zen is posted. (As of right now as I am writing this, the "waiting list" is at about a quarter million Zen... slightly lower than what the previous poster mentioned from two days ago).
