hi when i try and put the right pips on my uniform it says saved but then go's back to ensign.
please help thanks :)

I have emailed support team and they said to post here as it looks like a game bug

    What uniform are you wearing? Also, what rank are the pips for?

    Purchase will be free unless you're trying to use zen store costume pieces you don't have. There's a checkbox you can uncheck that will hide anything you don't own. Save/Load is a different thing. (And can in theory be used to save one outfit and load it on multiple characters/BOFFs) Note that if you're not editing the outfit you're currently in, you'll have to click Wear to activate it or, outside the tailor, right click your character portrait in the upper left and pick Change Outfit.

    * update* I am still having this problem and i have tried a full re instill today still dos it . is this a known bug thanks ? :)

    you upload to either one of those (i use imgbb without an account) and then insert the link into the post.

    if so, this is why i asked if you "purchased" the new setup before saving outfit. you have to purchase the updated version with the new rank or it wont do anything. purchase is akin to apply and buy.
