Playing Sunrise the first time (at Level 65) garnered Mark II rewards. (Replay gave Mark XII)

    Mission rewards are determined by the level at which you pick up the mission.
    It sounds like you first 'hailed' for the mission at level 3-9, but only just recently played it at level 65 - hence you received mission rewards at the MK level you picked up the mission.
    Replaying meant you must have picked up the mission at level 65, which is why your replay got Mk XII rewards.
