Can't login . Is servers down?

    There was ARC maintenance but it appears everything is now up.

    Cannot log in, get to the launcher and then the screen just goes black and my l;ittle blue wheel stands there spinning....2 hard shutdowns now as it locks you completely out. Everything worked fine last night when I logged out.

    Bypass ARC and use the .exe file from the install location
