Lost all 9999-stacks in Research & Development

Hello. Had a full inventory R&D. Only thing I did was pressing sort and all 9999-stacks dissapeared, 51 in total. They still havent returned, quite some time passed now cause this happened on 26/6. Asked first on Reddit but no response. Hoping to find a solution for this.
