lukari hakuun not reclaimable

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
having an account wide problem reclaiming the lukari event ship and gear on any char that didnt claim it or decommissioned it after mastering it cost shows as 0 and its grayed out my rom char lord lyndis has the ship in drydock still to confirm i own the ship

    The "Lukari Ho’kuun Science Vessel" has never been an account unlock on Consoles, which is why your other characters cannot reclaim it.

    In 2017, the Lukari Ho’kuun Science Vessel was the Event ship on PC ONLY!
    The Console 2017 Anniversary Event had the Krenim Science Vessel as its' reward.

    The "Lukari Ho’kuun Science Vessel" was a free giveaway in the run up to the 8th Anniversary event on Consoles, but each character had to claim it from the Promotions tab of the Zen-Store as it was not an account unlock.

    What Inferioity said. But if you really still want it I believe it is available either in lobi or Phoenix store I can't remember which
