Kobayashi Maru Transponder

I think we should at least give the Kobayashi Maru a chance to defend itself in battle, surely even basic phasers will suffice, also maybe the option to auto-toggle the transponder while we’re on the subject? 🙂

    I'm fine with it being passive, but I'd love it to have MASSIVE threat generation to make up for being non-combatant.
