Will the Holographic Bridge Officers in this bundle be made unlockable account-wide? If not, will they be added to Mudd's Market?

    Only the character that uses the boost gets the boffs, however they did say shortly after it came out that the demand for the boffs had been heard and they were looking at alternative ways to make them available for other fed characters. Maybe that means Mudd's, or maybe that means something else, unfortunately there's no way to know at this point.
