Romulan RP-ish fleet on FED side?

Hello! I'm looking for some sort of roleplay-ish fleet on the FED side that is mostly Romulan (I love the Roman feel of the Romulans). Roleplay doesn't have to be hardcore rp. Just when I say something, I think of my character being the one to say it, not the player behind the character. If that makes any sense.
