Missing Lifetime Sub benefit

After purchasing the lifetime membership I did not receive my account bank expansion. I also have a piece of mail that has a t5 upgrade but it can't be collected nor can it be deleted.

You have posted in the test server sub forum. Is this correct or was you supposed to post in the live server sub forum? if the latter I'm sure we can get this moved for you.

Yes this is in the wrong spot I was doing this as a request from the support department, but mis-tagged it.
