Have they considered re adding borg red alerts to the game. Maybe they could be added back in per species event based on other events just on the map. As is there is content with the borg presumably still attacking. Or always attacking. If we get a full borg faction maybe they can be constant map activites like in the old days.
There is a glitch almost reproducing this, but it doesn't work. It just resets the quest activation.

Rulers of the Third Brog Dynasty, duh. Or a race appearing soon in a Cryptic event blog as enemies of the Tholains we're supposedly fighting now.
Maybe they are the mirror universe.
Or better yet. I'm making a roger wilco character. They could be from the parody universe. Maybe a cross overalls event. They are currently at war with the star confederacy. They could all be in drag! Or in overalls. They are all cybernetic farmers. Maybe full hillbily clothse with straw coming out of their mouths. We have the heel rock emote. It would work perfectly.
I'm out of character slots and don't have the ability to make infected/liberated borg characters.... That should really be opened up to people who don't have lifetime subs... Does anyone have a lifetime sub and want to make a joke character?
Brog of P. Hillbilly from the parody universe. He could be based on that console that takes enemies and makes them work for you during combat and uconventional systems. Maximum farm force. He gathers the workers to reap the universe. One field at a time. I assume he would use that big boxy borg ship. Or are we finally getting brog cubes?

Maybe I'll make a federation klingon character into this and make him look infected/liberated.
It would be nice if liberated borg went from lifetime exlusive to simply free with lifetime and then buyable in the zens tore. 1000 zen would be reasonable for a race unlock that used to be exclusive. At 10 dollars a peice, "Resistance is Fruitile!"

Definitely no for making Borg collective. Afterall, drones don't get autonomy to do what you the player want to do.
Borg Cooperative? I doubt it. They play a small role in the Delta arc, but nowhere near enough to bring their own standalone faction.
Generally, I detect a move away from new factions. They don't play well with the core code of the game, requiring them to be Allies of the original two. Plus, would they even have their own ships? That brings us to the other big Borg Problem:
The geometrical shape of most Borg ships means it's very hard to tell front from back. That's a problem for gameplay. Too many borg players would be flying off the wrong way in queues and miss out on things. They've said many times they're not doing it, I doubt they'll change that unless new on-screen Trek shows an asymmetrical Borg ship a la Borg Juggernaut.
Frankly, the one race I'm regretting playing is my XB, and it's entirely due to traits. No Creative and no Astrophysicist is a bit disappointing. The Neural attack is not as worth it as I was hoping. If they changed that, I'd be happier, but I'm not expecting it.
I'm perfectly fine with flying geometrical shaped ships, I don't care what direction my beams are coming from.
The only Brog...sorry....Borg I want to see in-game are the ones that will challenge players. Neutered Borg just aren't fun to play against.

I wonder how the German Brog will fare against the Swedish Borg their Ikea Cubes.
I love how we're just creating a new alien race just from a simple typo, they're basically becoming Amish at this point and it would be interesting if they actually ended up only using physical weapons like hand axes and shotguns.

We do have that presidential axe. What if they never lie. It doesn't say which president. I'm actually thinking of getting that staff with the push ability when I can find how to get it.
I think they should make liberated borg available in the zen store. It's exclusive but technically if they change the add they can say it's not longer exclusive. What if they made it free for lifetimers, but they also made all buyable races available forever for life time stubs. Then all new races become auto unlocked for them.
I really want to make a liberate borg and make him my farming character.
I've also been looking for a pictch fork and janitor like equipment. But alas it doesn't exist. I have a roger wilco character also who needs a mop, broom, bucket, and possibley that rideable floor polisher he uses.

video games have come far in the last 20-30 years. There was more of an excuse for that with old 8 bit games though. And that is technically a little more advanced than STO's mini games. So, the parody of Star Trek out did Star trek 20+ years before STO came out.
Note in the video there are, "Sariens." I think the names from the parody dimension are slowly seeping into our universe and invading STO. We must have missed a wayward portal somewhere in the games history.
And the guy, "Quirk," is obviously a take on kirk. I wonder if quark is parody of quirk from space quest.
