    I agree.

    Three chars get new ship builds in my gang. I have been waiting for one for what seems like forever.

    We often get upgrade weekends after dil weekends. Perhaps the past weeks dil bonus trigger an upgrade weekend now. :)

    Last one was about 2nd week of January and about the 2nd week of the Klingon Recruitment having started.

    Since all the new Delta's I would have expected it after the Dilithium weekend, or coming very soon...

    I hadn't thought about it until now, but all the new recruits and gearing them explains why the dilex didn't much move despite two full weeks of dilithium bonus. I kept wondering why I wasn't seeing the usual spike. Now I realize why.

    Always seems to be an Upgrade Weekend 2 weeks before I need one. :D
    Guess my KDF recruit will just have to make due with Mk12 till the next one comes around.
