Cannot log on to some characters on Tribble

I have experienced multiple failed log-on attempts on Tribble after the patch on 04/29/2021. I have included the version and build numbers for that patch below, along with my system specs.

Version: ST.115.20210425a.2 (SVN 271487)

Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)
Intel Core i7-8700, 16 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030

Below I document my attempts to log on to different characters. I have included the name and location of each character, the error messages displayed by x64\GameClient.exe, and the incident IDs generated by CrashReporterX64.exe (if any). I was able to successfully log on to some characters, but not others. I noticed that the failed log-on attempts occurred on characters which were in a fleet; on those characters, I never make it pass the loading screen. However, I'm not certain whether the character is in a fleet actually makes a difference.

Character: Sarine@frtoaster
Location: Earth Spacedock
Incident ID: 33dc05 (first attempt)
Incident ID: 33dc19 (second attempt)
Third attempt: CrashReporterX64.exe did not run
Error message from GameClient.exe: "Connection to server timed out. Please try again later."

Character: Hero Avatar@frtoaster
Location: Deep Space K-7
Incident ID: 33dc28 (first attempt)
Second and third attempts: CrashReporterX64.exe did not run
Error message from GameClient.exe: "Timed out connecting to GameServer"

Character: Bijin Senchou@frtoaster
Location: Drozana Station
Three attempts
No Incident ID
CrashReporterX64.exe did not run on any of the three attempts
Error message from GameClient.exe: "Lost server connection while loading"

Character: Nimue@frtoaster
Location: Starfleet Academy
Successfully logged on

Character: Aoede@frtoaster
Location: Qo'noS: First City
Successfully logged on

Character: Euphonie@frtoaster
Location: Klingon Academy
Successfully logged on

This is happening to me as well. They're honestly not going to fix anything until the next maintenance cycle...which is either Tuesday or Thursday.
