can you login to the game now?... I can't. "Login has timeout. Please check your network connection and try again"

    i am having same issue and trouble shooted my network nothing this is disappointing relieved its not just me tho

    I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, disc cleanup and defrag. Not working. For the last couple weeks I've had an issue with the launcher. I'd try to log in, get a black screen where the Cryptic logo should have been up, and had to use task manager to close the page, cuz there's no minimize screen. Try a second time and it worked fine. Weird.

    ive been having same blackscreen on launch control alt deleat close it and relaunch always worked though

    but now nuthing

    You can login by going to your directory for the game and launch the Star Trek Online.exe launcher from there.

    STOP.USING.ARC! There is no reason, zilch, nada to use ARC!

    There is zero reason to uninstall and reinstall the game, 99.99% of the time it solves nothing.

    Well if you launch from the Directory you can launch STO but going through Arc not happening
