Arc Log In Failing

I have tried to Log in to STO though Arc Launcher but can not log in i have tried all troubleshooting so its not on my end it seems something wrong with the Launcher. Disappointing i cant log in.

    Yep. Reinstalled ARC, ran disc cleanup and defrag, nothing. Launcher times out. Pissing me off.

    hmm yea i was gonna try the reinstall next but no point now its for sure their end this is ridicules'

    I've had some other weirdness going on with my launcher the last couple weeks. I'd log in and get a black screen and a spinning circle (where the Cryptic logo should have been. Had to use the task manager to close it, because there's no minimize screen on that page. Try again and it worked fine.
