Rapid fire bajor shield proc?

I saw a youtube video that demoed a spearhead ship. It at one point slipped on a bajor shield and demonstrated it can be rapid fired. I can't find the video. And I'm not sure what caused the affect. It might have been one of the ship level bonuses. Does anyone know what I'm referring too and how to do it. Can it be done on ships besides the spearhead?

    Might be able to find the video by checking youtubes watched history.

    It starts at the 1 hour mark. 58:35 to be exact. Apparently the forum can't utilize the time mark link...

    Not sure if that is rapid fire of just the normal ability. I thought it was linked to one of the ships unlock abilities that healed the shields to let it fire more than once.

    I tried using the save time thing but it didn't work. I noted it below the video also.

    Was this a bug? Does anyone know what he is using to do this. He mentioned it's supported by traits.

    That says it only fits on tzenkethi ships. Plus he says it's the bajor shield and puts on the shield earlier in the video.

    That looks like a visual bug. If you watch the damage numbers, especially once the shields are down, none of them are where the damage should be for the Bajor shield.

    From that visual I think it should be dubbed the "Malon Cough".
