Has anyone lost their Tesseract Receiver from an old Delta Recruit?

After today's patch, I went to my Delta Recruit to check out the updated rewards and can't find the receiver. I don't think that item is disposable but it isn't in my inventory or bank. Could the patch have deleted it by mistake? Can you reclaim it?

    Both of my Deltas (Fed, Rom/KDF) have their devices. And the Rom/KDF hadn't completed all the original tasks, so that's not necessarily a factor.

    I think you can claim a new one from the Temporal Officer.

    I forgot what it looked like and was looking for something like the other receivers. I found mine stored with my space weapons!

    If you have it somewhere in you inventory or character bank - he won't offer you a new one. If you deleted it from inventory/don't have it in the character bank, he'll have an option to obtain a replacement.

    This is/was one of those occasions where the new Inventory Filter Cryptic installed would easily accomplish.
