*BUG* 1) Delta Recruit Event: bonus dil per kill. So far 0 dil. 2) UI keeps vanishing.

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
1) Been playing a few hours and it's been 0 dil total.
Rebooted, relogged.
2) The character UI vanishes and bringing up the list of available commands comes up with blanks.

    There is no Dil bonus for kills for this event.
