(Bug) New lifetime subscribers can't create Fed/KDF liberated borg characters.

(My ticket is 485090) I was told to post this here to increase visibility of the issue. I bought a lifetime subscription on April 6th 2021. I can create a liberated borg character for the Romulan faction, however the option to create liberated borg characters is missing from the character creation list on Fed and KDF factions.

    Hopefully our Community Manager from Cryptic can pass this on to the DEV team. He usually does a good job reading forums in Discussions &/or Bug Reports, yet realize he will be unable to comment on when this will be resolved by Developers.

    Hopefully, they can fix it before the Delta Recruitment ends.
