AFK Penalty in Model Rocket Launch

So I just completed the Model Rocket Launch event, but got an AFK penalty even though I did participate in the event.

I did notice that on the launch pad, there was a player being chased by those spiders. IIRC, there was a bug last year where if one player got attacked by the spiders and killed them, all the other players would get AFK penalty because they did 0 damage on the map.

    I had a bug where it changed my name to the same name as another person. I was unable to pick up parts for my ship, although I could still search, when I did find a part both our characters got the part immediately and while they had to run back to the bench I did not. I got the rewards but it was very weird how there were two characters named Sara only my character isn't called Sara.

    Yes, I have seen this almost every time I have done the mission. Though it has only affected me once.
