Problem with Alienware.

Hello . Iam a new STO player and i have this weird problem. I have an Alienware area 51m gaming laptop and each time i launch the game the RGB lights of my keyboard goes dead all light are gone or sometimes i get some flashing lights and they go off again. I've never encountered this problem again in any other game before. Anybody know what might cause this problem and how to fix it ? Thanks.

    Click on the AlienwareFx logo in the bottom right tray and Uncheck "Enable 3rd party AlienFx access".
