Corrosive Plasma weapons unable to claim

I can't get the weapons I did open them before but I wanted to get higher ranked ones now I can't get more.
I've turned the game off and on, I've been on other person and they can claim them fine.

    My guess would be that because you already claimed them, you cannot get more.
    If you delete the ones you already have, you might be able to get more, but I cannot be certain. You still might not be able to get more - the risk is yours...
