April Fool's Day falls on a Thursday.

Just around the corner, it'll be Cochrane's Day. How time flies when we're having a pandemic....

I wonder if they'll just turn on the April Fool's Sound Effects button or if something else (even if it's a bugfix or two?) is going to be coming our way April 1st?

    Hope they don't do those annoying sounds AGAIN. I'm Just glad they can be turned off. They are old hat now though, getting to the point where they are soooo boring they are on the same level of Hearts and Minds now.

    They'll be back. Its pretty much been a tradition for the last few years.

    What would be a really great one is to announce the game is completely bug free and they installed software to prevent bugs ever occurring in the future. On both PC and console.

    I like the April Fool's sounds. Zoooom! is my favorite. There are a few others during combat that are quite funny too.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    Honestly, I'd love if they made Workbee into an actual Shuttle you could fly, even if only at Impulse to go fly around ESD. That be both funny and a great April Fools thing. :'(:D

    Nice first April prank would be another Mudd choice pack consisting of a Styx, Mirror Warship and Mirror Strike Wing Escort. :D

    Cryptic's April Fools prank will be to announce a non-Fed legendary bundle including KDF, Rom, and Dom ships, all the ships we have asked for. Then they will announce a correction the next day that it is actually going to just be another Fed bundle.

    I hardly ever have sound turned on while playing the game. So I don't really care.

    I'm more curious about First Contact Day.

    They'll reveal a T6-X Nova with a Tovan Khev Boff for all factions for 12,000 Zen.

    Except it won't be an April's Fool. At least from their perspective.

    All my Romulan's have Rinna Khev, who is an Engineer from her time working on Freighter's in the Romulan Republic. She kept supplies flowing... Tovan was so excited to have his Sister join him on their crew! He'd also probably be honored to have his sister train all Faction Captain's, given her Superior Romulan Operative (Space), Superior Creativity (Ground), and her Subterfuge (Space) abilities.

    I said this last year I'll say it again regardless of copyright issues. I think they should change the music in Club 47, Quarks and especially the Nimbus 3 bar to the Cantina Band from Star Wars. They could do an announcment for Star Wars Themed Holo-Emitters. "Turn your ship into a Star Destroyer or the Millenium Falcon."
