Missing Fleet T6 Heavy Destroyer that is unique to Cardassian Species

On 14 December 2020 I sent a trouble ticket stating, "There is no unique T6 Heavy Destroyer for the Cardassian Species. The Jem Hadar and Romulans have a unique species T6 Heavy Destroyer to purchase but not the Cardassian Race. A Sartan Class (T6) heavy destroyer should be listed for my Cardassian toon to purchase."
Would you agree?

    The big difference between romulans/Jem Hadar and Cardassians is that the roms/jems are factions, albeit not full ones, and the cardassians are just playable species that can belong to either the fed or kdf factions.

    While it would certainly be cool, Cardassians are not a separate faction so it's unlikely to happen. Cryptic also cannot use fan designs due to all the legal stuff that would be necessary to get the rights.

    Can't use designs other than what is on-screen or by special license (which has a low chance of ever being repeated again).

    If the Cardi's got one, then there would be requests for EVERY OTHER RACE!

    The thing with fan designs is that they're a massive legal headache, for starters who owns the rights there, CBS owns the rights to all things Star Trek, however technically Fan Artists have partial copyright to their own works as well, this leads to a situation where neither CBS nor the fan artist can give permission to use the design by themselves but you'd essentially need both to agree on it.

    The Fan cannot give permission as they would giving permission to use Star Trek properties and only CBS can do that and CBS cannot do it as while they got rights for Star Trek overall they don't have rights to this specific work.

    Also if Cryptic doesn't want to be sued they must stay within the terms of their license agreement with CBS.

    I don't know what you mean by a 'trouble ticket', but this isn't a bug and should not be reported as such.

    As much as I would appreciate more Cardassian content and assets, the absence of it compared to JH en Romulan ones, can easily be explained as people have shown above.

    There are no Andorian, Catian, Talaxian, Gorn, Orion HDs either. Because they are playable races not factions or allied sub-factions.

    The OP's linked picture is from Armada 2. Unfortunately, Cryptic generally cannot use original Star Trek ships from other Star Trek games. What we need, is a playable Hideki.

    Armada games were published by Activision right? In that it might be easier to get a fan design into STO then that ship.

    As a rule of thumb if the ship is not seen in TOS, TNG, DS9, VOY, ENT, DSC, PIC, LD or the Movies it cannot be included in STO.
