Path to 2409 Incomplete

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
According to my Accolade listings, The path to 2409 is Incomplete, but when I go to use a volume I just made or even bought, it cannot be used as if it was already done. Following screen shot shows u.

I'm following cryptic's ticket response by posting here to see if it's a known thing or can be fixed.

    According to that screenshot, you have yet to complete volumes 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 24, and 26.
    If you look at the accolades for each individual volume, you'll be able to see which chapters aren't collected yet.

    they are not open to complete. and any volume I have cannot be used
    When looking into the volumes (i have Romulus ones) each volume is open and sets out which ones are required, this is not the case anymore on the 2409 ones.

    If that volume has already been done then of course you cannot use it. You need to change the filter on the top from In Progress to Completed to show what you have already completed. In Progress shows what you have yet to complete, this is not a bug. You still need to open those other volumes, inferiority is correct on this.

    P.S. Looked at your Klingon accolades, what I said still stands.

    if I still need to complete them why can I not use the said volumes, or even see what volumes I need to finish them off like every other toon I have.

    It clearly shows the volume number and what's required to the left, where as my main doesn't, just a list with a name???
    Does this make it clearer?
    And sorry to say it may look at first glance inferiority is correct, now check the other screenshot and explain the difference
    As for using the Accolades tree, I do know how to use it, and the logs + search section. My issue is, I want to complete a live accolade but i cannot due to this problem.
