M'Tara missing in Broken Circle

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
After fighting M'Tara twice during the mission Broken Circle, she no longer shows up. I can't find her and can't interact with anything. After the step "Disable Power Junction Interfaces" she stopped showing up. I was able to do "Get to Command Center", and when I disabled one of the junction interfaces. I got another cut scene of her appearing, but when it ended, she wasn't there. Searching the map, I can't find her.

    The second time, she showed up. The difference was that I had mines and Ba'ul pillars up to greet her the first time, and not the second.

    She failed to spawn for me on the third encounter as well after the cutscene, forcing me to redo that entire section by beaming out and back in. On the second attempt she spawned properly, but at one point fell off the edge of the platform and got stuck below the level, where she could shoot me and I couldn't target her. Luckily some AoE damage triggered her warping out and fixed everything.
