Graphical and sound bug with "That's a big ship"-trait?

Greetings everyone, I just recently got the 11th Anniversary Package and with it came the Legendary Miracle Worker Heavy Cruiser. I really like the ship and have started using a new trait it comes with, "That's a big ship". It is easy to keep up, in fact for whatever reason it almost never really fully expires, and gives a decent bump in hull and damage resistance for my tank.
It is annoying however: The graphical effect just shows blue, square boxes flashing all over the ship. I can't stop thinking these are graphical glitches which shouldn't look like they do. As if that wouldn't be annoying enough, there is a faint sound effect coupled to the active trait, which I can't better describe other than laser guns shooting somewhere in the distance.
