Is the Steamrunner on PlayStation?

I would like to get a Steamrunner, but I can't find one in the PlayStation Zen Store. The closest I can get that I know of is the Akira/Alita "costume model," called the Zephyr. But that version doesn't have the cowled red thingies on the front of the nacelles. Am I missing the location of the Steamrunner anywhere?

    Not at the moment. It will return, as they are aware of it.
