If you mouse over the meta-event premium t6 box it clearly says the starship chosen from this will be account bound. The language around this makes it sound like it is an account unlock. But I suspect that once you choose the ship, you get ANOTHER box that is account bound. You can then trade this box on your account and it is a single toon unlock when you open it. The reward info says "the contents of the pack will be bound to account". This too is fairly ambiguous. Can we please get some clear text on these things? It makes a huge difference if it is an account unlock or single unlock.

Once per account, one ship, for one character for promo and infinity box ships. Similar to if you opened a gamble box. The ship choices are limited to ones released before 2021, new ships from this year will not be added.
The 100% off T6 c-store ships are account unlocks, because it's like buying the ships in the c-store.
You are correct. It can't be traded. It does not mean it's account unlocked @bmcd73. There's a clear difference between bound and unlocked.
I realize that but part of this is that it is super easy to have clear language around this stuff. These questions come up ALL the time for the last 11 years. People ALWAYS want to know if it is an account unlock or single unlock or if it binds to the character that claims it. Over the last 11 years, there have been varying versions of all of these. So why not say something like single character unlock and ship is account tradable before it is opened. Or ANYTHING other than the ambiguous language they continue to use for almost every event. That's really my point around the clarification.
