Kamarag Battle Cruiser
one of each Temporal Research Assignment s

some bundles of summer and winter events previous ships would also be nice
with the new shows alot of players joined who missed out of acc. unlock s of these ships. and single toon unlock from lobi store or epic and ultra phoenix is just expansive ...
The only ships on that list that are close to being legendary are the Ambassador and the Kamarag, both of which we got with the 2021 anniversary bundle.
I personally have nothing against it since "legendary" is simply a euphamism for T7 when combined with an X upgrade. Some on these forums will say that these ships do not meet the criteria Cryptic layed out for being eligible for a legendary upgrade. Which I think is complete nonsense because Cryptic can always just redefine what "legendary" means whenever they want.

Not really tier 7..."legendary" just means either they're a upgrade from a previous version or they get dual specialization seating which was previously only reserved for gamble box ships

The Ambassador and Kamaraag are both in the 2021 anniversary bundle (Kamaraag is now a skin for the Vorcha), and I doubt they'll put them in another bundle. Individual purchase MIGHT be an option at some point in the future, who knows, but this is the only bundle they'll ever be in.
My Legendary guesses for the rest of the year are: D7 + Klingon level boost Vengeance with account unlock Kelvin Starfleet, Kelvin Admiral, and Survival Suit Uniforms Miranda (with new TOS inspired skin) + TOS boost, maybe add the Pioneer and Malachowski as Miranda options if possible
Either the Jem'Hadar Dreadnought Carrier or Attack Ship + Dominion boost, this'll probably have some extras thrown in since JH already start at 60 ... maybe an account unlocked Weyoun 11 boff? Playable Founders (hopefully with aliengen available)? Who knows.
Beyond that, my current predictions for the 2022 bundle are: D'deridex, JHDC or JHAS (whichever one is not in the inevitable JH Legendary Bundle), Negh'Var, and Oberth.
Now that I think about it, it would probably make the most sense for them to put the JHDC in the standalone JH bundle, and then put the JHAS in the 2022 Anniversary Bundle as bait for those who want the Attack Ship carrier pets. In terms of ships I think this would be a better bundle than the 2021 bundle as well, three very iconic ships plus a popular request that might not sell well on it's own but could attract some extra interest for a bundle.
If a ship no one knows about like Discovery is legendary than that means anything made in this game can also be legendary even if it does not fit the definition of the term legendary. Which is that there is some widely known legend or story behind something. So being if anyone accepts discovery series as canon and using its own retcon making it that no one even knows about the ship and crew until it arrives in the 32nd century it is thus not really fit to be a legendary ship.
So that being said anything Cryptic makes can be legendary by their own definition or way they try to market this for a huge cash grab so there is an endless amount of ships that can be legendary. However it still eludes them to see how their business model and the way they do business of a record of 4300 players since ViL lol. Some games people view as dead with 200K+ players still playing them. What they really need to do is understand that above all else canon ships sell better than others and usually stats like with some discovery era ships that is the only reason people play them. So what they really need to do is revamp the process of how ships are sold being now the faction ship barrier is gone. The selling of ships should really be based upon the stat foundation of a ship. So they can move lockboxes to having this bare bones ship skeleton as a technology and then when they come out with lockboxes the way they make money is releasing ship costumes of the ships that sell better.
Overall though this is the problem and why with a reasonable business platform they can stay in business with longevity but what they are doing is not going to last them much longer. Even though now with various series being produced which wasn't so for so long they are only hurting themselves and the eventual complete downfall of this game.

Discovery is canon. You're gatekeeping AND doom-mongering. Retcon or not, CBS makes that determination, not the fans.
Ships to be made Legendary are those that have had 'actual screen time' according to Cryptic, with the only exception so far being the Odyssey, which is (mostly now) canon. The Crossfield has lots of screen time, so they have full right to promote it as a Legendary ship.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.

I'd have to agree that the D7 and D'Deridex will most likely have Legendary variants. Hell... I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to model the concept art for the D'Deridex as the Legendary. And the Dominion one would most likely be the Bugship as that is not only the very first Dominion ship ever seen, its THE Dominion ship. And making the Negh'var as Mirror would make a decent counterpart to the Gal-X, especially since we not only have the parts to make the mirror variant, including hull material, as mentioned earlier Regent Worf used one as his flagship in the Mirror Universe.
I'm on the fence with the Vengeance. I feel like the Kelvin might be more likely, as that was the ship that kinda spawned a while timeline with her destruction, and they could add the uniforms seen on the Kelvin. The Miranda and Oberth I'm not sure about legendaries.
And the Dominion one would most likely be the Bugship as that is not only the very first Dominion ship ever seen, its THE Dominion ship.
Honestly the more I think about it, the more likely I think it is that the Dreadnought Carrier would be in the smaller JH Legendary bundle, while the Bugship would be in one of the Anniversary bundles, the synergy between the two ships would make any bundle with the Bug even more desirable for anyone who already owns the JHDC.
I'm on the fence with the Vengeance. I feel like the Kelvin might be more likely, as that was the ship that kinda spawned a while timeline with her destruction, and they could add the uniforms seen on the Kelvin. The Miranda and Oberth I'm not sure about legendaries.
I think the Vengeance is more likely than the Einstein class simply because the Vengeance seems much more popular and would EASILY make a ton in sales. The Miranda I think is guaranteed eventually (hopefully either as an escort or a tac heavy 5/3 cruiser, the Reliant class got the layout all wrong imo), it's one of the most iconic villain ships and was also seen extensively throughout TNG and DS9, though I could be wrong about the exact type of bundle it would be in. The Oberth I admit wouldn't make much sense as a Legendary, but due to the 10th Anniversary bundle there aren't many Fed options left ... maybe you're right about the Einstein getting the probable Kelvin Timeline bundle slot, and the Vengeance would then appear in the 2022 Anniversary bundle?
Another ship that seems inevitable at some point is the Scimitar, idk if that would be an Anniversary bundle ship or if it would get it's own bundle. Would be nice if they made some Nemesis style Romulan uniforms to bundle with it.

Legendary Caitian Viribus-Class Defense Carrier: 5/3, Engineering-Heavy with a commander engineer/miracle worker station, 2 Hangar Carrier. Integrated ability to deploy two duration-unlimited Shikaris escorts which protect your ship from fighters/torpedoes with point defense weapons, and attack your targets with Caitian Tetryon beams and Thoron torpedoes.
The Caitian Viribus-Class Defense Carrier also features integrated Flak Defense Cannons. When activated, these cannons fire exploding shrapnel at nearby enemies (3km PbAoE), dealing moderate kinetic damage and taking one random subsystem offline temporarily. The Flak Defense Cannons deal standard damage to cruiser-sized and larger ships, double damage to escort-sized ships, and triple damage to fighters and shuttles. The Flak Defense Cannons have a 30 second cooldown.
Universal Console: Scramble Fighters - when activated, this console immediately launches (or re-launches) your equipped hangar pets twice, effectively deploying your maximum number of active pets. Any currently active hangar pets will receive a brief boost to flight speed and damage, as well as receiving an instant hull repair. This console also provides a passive increase to damage dealt by hangar pets. This console may be equipped on any ship with a hangar bay.
T6 Mastery Trait (account unlock): Strength of the Pride - While this trait is slotted, you and all allies within 10km of your ship gain a stacking bonus to damage resistance, max shield strength, and max hull hitpoints. 1% increase to all 3 stats for each ally, up to a maximum of 20 stacks (hangar pets count toward and benefit from this effect as well as players and deployed craft)
Legendary Ferasan Ferox-Class Assault Carrier: 5/3, Tactical-Heavy with a commander tactical/command station, 2 Hangar Carrier. Integrated ability to deploy two duration-unlimited Slithus escorts which protect your ship from fighters/torpedoes with point defense weapons, and attack your targets with Ferasan Tetryon beams and Thoron torpedoes.
The Ferasan Ferox-Class Assault Carrier also features an integrated spinal railgun weapon. When activated, this weapon fires a massive railgun slug at the target (forward 45 degree firing arc) after a short charge-up delay, dealing heavy kinetic damage and taking one random subsystem offline temporarily. The railgun has a 30 second cooldown.
Universal Console: Repair and Reload - when activated, this console causes all of your deployed hangar pets to immediately warp back to your ship, restoring them to full health and shields and granting them a damage boost for a short time. This console also provides a passive increase to defense and accuracy for hangar pets. This console can be equipped on any ship with a hangar bay.
T6 Mastery Trait (account unlock): Savage Pursuit - While this trait is slotted, you and all allies within 10km of your ship gain a stacking bonus to all damage, flight speed, and flight turn rate. 1% increase to all 3 stats for each ally, up to a maximum of 20 stacks (hangar pets count toward and benefit from this effect as well as players and deployed craft).

Boost includes a full compliment of caitian or ferasan bridge officers with unique caitian/ferasan gear and equipment, as well as a compliment of Very Rare Caitian or Ferasan Duty Officers providing new unique active roster abilities that boost melee performance (ground) and hangar pets (space)
Alongside the pack release, the addition of Cait/Ferasa as a new location in-game, with a Caitian embassy for federation-aligned players and a Ferasan embassy for KDF-aligned players. This new location features a ground battlezone, space battlezone, and open-world daily missions which reward marks used for the Caitian Defense Force / Ferasan Rebels reputations.
Caitian Defense Force / Ferasan Rebels Reputation System: This new reputation system allows you to gain access to unique caitian and ferasan themed starship weapons, personal ground weapons, space equipment, and active/passive traits. Join the Caitian Defense Force as they defend their planet against the exiled Ferasans, or help the Ferasan Rebels seek retribution for their exile and a return to their ancestral homeworld.
Space Battlezone: Caitian and Ferasan fleets clash over their planet. Disrupt enemy supply lines, protect your own, set up defense satellites and minefields, and attack the enemy starbase.

I am genuinely curious why you would feel these ships are worthy of Legendary Status. Can you perhaps explain the thinking on this?
for players who missed out of acc. unlock s of these ships and as a update for vet. s
While I am all for finding a way of letting players get ships they missed, making ships like the Obelisk Legendary doesn't really seem like the best methodology. I can see a lot of uproar if a ship like that was elevated to Legendary with so many other better options on the table.

The Caitains and Ferasans officially declared peace, and began the process of reunifying their people, around the time Cryptic released the Caitain and Ferasan escort bundle back in 2017. In fact, the new escorts were made as a joint project between the two species.
Jayce's Interstellar, a twitter run by Thomas Marrone, the lead ship/UI artist, even put out a nice little multi page PDF detailing the reunification effort.
Also, its the Caitains who were exiled, not the Ferasans. Ferasa is the Caitain's original homeworld, Cait is the word they found after being exiled. So it would be the Caitains attacking the Ferasans if anyone was trying to get back to their homeworld.
That happened when I was on hiatus from STO, so I completely missed it. Thanks
