  This is a normal scr*w-up for the Event Stores. After the Evebt the items revert to pre-Event. It will catch up when they get around to it. They never learn.

  Making the items permanent is apparently not automatic, and doing so manually is also apparently not spelled out in anybody's job description, so the same thing happens pretty much every year.

  This is an MMO, not a Star Trek episode simulator. That would make for a terrible game.

  The Event Winter Store seems to be still missing the:
  
  (ENG) Anchor of Grethor manuals & modules, the (TAC) Grethor's Chains manuals & modules, & lastly the (SCI) Cryothermic Armor manuals & modules even after this latest patch of Feb. 4th 2021.
  
  Any official response from Cryptic that anyone is aware of?

  Tickets tickets .. all make support tickets ... The more they get, the higher it goes on the fix priority list..
