Cannot donate common fleet duty officers on fleet projects

Starting since today I cannot donate anymore my common duty officers on fleet projects...

    They are aware of this, it started with Wednesday patch.

    I am still getting this issue, even though the e-mail says it's been fixed. It has not.

    I checked today, it is still not working.

    Last patch notes said it was a known issue, but no fix yet. I guess it will be taken care of next thursday

    I have lost the impulse to play as much as I used to. I would donate to my Fleet when I could. It frustrates me that they always break more than they fix. Should be a week long burn in for all patches with the Devs forced to play the game on the test server before dumping to live.
