Is the stealth fighter set now usable on all ships?!

Saw chat in game and someone said the quantum console in this set is now available on all ships. IS this true. And is the entire set now usable. I've wanted this set for my normal ships since it came out.

If so, I'm getting this account unlocked without question.

    Only that console is being changed. The cloak will still be restricted.

    I'm very happy with the change nevertheless. One of my toons flies an Alita with all different sorts of (energy) torpedoes and I really like that ship and its build.
    Since I own the big legendary pack, I could use the console but only if I'd fly the Defiant. But my escort captain who sometimes switches to the Defiant only uses AP weapons so it wasn't much use there.

    It'll be difficult to find something I can remove from my Alita, but having the option to use that console is nice.
