Klingon Recruit Traits Unseat Randomly

I can't believe I haven't seen this reported; is it just me? Every time I go into my Klingon Recruits Traits, some or all of them are blank even though I keep replacing them every time. And it's not just when I go up in level - I've reached max level.

    It's not just you. And it seems to be at random - sometimes I'll get a few levels and it's fine, others, all my ground ones and all but one of my space ones are gone. Irritating as hell.
