Lifetime Romulan T6 XB1 Claiming

I have lifetime on XB1, i just hit 50 and was trying to claim my heavy t6 warbird but cannot find it or claim it. its not in the z store of available from fleet vendor, how do i claim it?

    The T6 Dinaes Warbird Destroyer is claimed from the ship vendor. The same vendor you select your free ship as you rank up.

    i bought the T6 Bortasqu bundlle, i have done the tutorials and my KDF character is lvl 60. it won't let me claim it and the ship vendor says i still have to buy them. it say available in zen store. but when i try and claim it says i don't meet the requirements.

    If your inventory is full that would prevent you from claiming it. Clean it out and that should give you the space for it.

    i have inventory space, i can't claim it because it says i don't meet the requirements which i do, i have 12 inventory slots available, 10 ships slots.

    i can fit 3 ships

    Try claiming it from your home-faction vendor (ESD/Qo'nos/New Romulas). Also, try typing /lootcancel into the chat-bar and then try to claim again. Other than that, report it in the Support Forum.

    yes i am trying to claim it on the KDF character, i've already contacted support and they told me to come here. other than forward it to the devs they have been no support.

    Could you take a screenshot of your trying to claim the ship and post it here?

    Perhaps something might stand out that could help us resolve this for you.
