Rough night.

So, I logged onto my new Klingon to carry on his recruit business. I had logged off in Ganalda Station. Here's what I encountered as the night wore on.

Loaded into Ganalda. I noticed all my traits were unslotted, so I reslotted them all, then beamed up to my ship.
Disconnected while loading, server not responding.

Reconnected and appeared in Ganalda space. All my traits and gear had unslotted, so I reslotted and regeared, and clicked to leave the system.
Disconnected while loading, server not responding.

Reconnected and appeared in sector space. All my traits and gear had unslotted, so I reslotted and regeared, then selected the first mission of the Reman story arc. I arrived at Q'onos to get a shuttle, and clicked to enter the system.
Disconnected while loading, server not responding.

Reconnected, and appeared in Q'onos space. All my traits and gear had unslotted, so I reslotted and regeared, then beamed down.
Disconnected while loading, server not responding.

Reconnected and appeared in the transporter room. All my traits had unslotted, so I reslotted and went on with the mission. It eventually sends me to the shipyard, so I beamed there.

Disconnected while loading, server not responding. I turned off the game, not bothering to even try anymore.

A bit ridiculous. The game has ALWAYS been pretty unstable, with endless disconnections, but this is made even MORE frustrating by having my traits and gear constantly unslotting. The gear became a nonissue because I could save the layout, and the character is lower level, so his traits are not numerous... but it's SO frustrating.

Just thought I'd share.

    Haven't had the unslotting problems, but man It has been horrible as far as disconnecting and or flat out crashing when trying to get the loader up.

    But yeah, It's frustrating as all get out.

    What country/state do you live in? I know some folks have had issues with snow storms as of late. Also what kind of specs are you running for your computer and internet speed? I know you won't like hearing it but that can and does sometimes make a difference

    There appears to be a bit of lag in updating some things. Perhaps it's associated with so many players being on during the various events?

    Edit: didn't think to consider all the winter storms happening atm.

    Hmm. I'm trying to think of the last time I had a disconnect, but I can't even think of a year. Is it because I'm not playing in prime time usually?

    I'm affected by the unslotting problem, and reported it already and posted about it here. Surprised to hear not everyone is affected by this as it seems so persistent and random, and practically breaks the game as you're tuning your build enter a patrol or TFO to test but random stuff's missing.

    I can't imagine anyone enjoying a game facing RNG that wipes out some quite key components just when they are needed, often those that one spents significant time and/or cash to unlock in the first place.

    Your report has some components of the one I commented in regarding boff abilities being difficult to slot. You're not the only one getting traits not sticking. Had lots of that on my new recruit. Persistent and random is a good description.

    I think disconnects are different than things being "slow to remember". I'm experiencing the latter lately.

    Perhaps winter storms and multiple events running make rough night a good title. Had one myself. 50K hull BoP gives quick feedback for missing things lol.
