Eye patch and hood

Please add the eye patch for Ferasans, and hoods for Lethean characters. Caitians can have an eye patch, please allow Ferasans the same.
I had a costume idea so bought a costume just for the hood for my Lethean... just to find out they can't use them. I can add the hood to all the bridge officers, but, not to my Lethean Captain.

    You can have hood by purchasing Zambean outfit but ferasan's cant use them?

    I bought the Zambean outfit. Lethean's can't use the hood. All my BOFFs can. The Lethean, cannot.
