Is there a way, a cooldown, a reroll to "not spend" points on ground traits? I mean, I hate ground and never do it unless is mission, so is very important for me to maximize the bonus I could have on space. Game seems to be trolling me.

    Those days when you have to pick up the least undesirable perk are disappointing aren't they? Nothing to do but just keep plugging along. You'll get there eventually.

    I have endeavors both primary and secondary that I skip daily cause of one reason or another.
    It is what it is. Just have to go with it.

    Forced incentives is a bad approach to encourage players to do some type of game play. I've been doing some random tfos last week and I noticed that I got in same borg ground tfo at least twice, azure nebula rescue a dozen times, but haven't got in a single crystalline tfo, so either is a bad design or is intentionally made to pick those long tfos with much more work for the same basic reward. I'm still about selective content, where you check mark what type of content you wanna play.
