Shorted dilithium reward on Red Alert

I finished the Borg Alert and was not awarded the proper amount of dilithium. This character should have received 12480 dilithium. I have a screenshot that shows she received 8480. She was shorted 4000 dilithium.

I reported this to Support, they told me to report it here also.

Just a quick follow up. It happened again, same account, different character. This time the character was shorted 5000 dilithium.

Same. and it has apparently been going on for a week now (https://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/startrekonline/#/discussion/1259422/buyout-daily-bonus https://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/startrekonline/#/discussion/1259400/bought-out-red-alert-event-dilithium-rewards-not-increasing). I don't see any response from Cryptic yet.

As for Support, the response for most things anymore seems to be "post on the forums and keep an eye out, thanks for your patience."

Yeah. It sucks. Account wide, I'm now short at least 9000 dilithium. And I'll bet we'll never see any of that.

This has been happening on every run of the Red Alert event and still hasn't been fixed.
