Event galactic red alert buyout is a ripoff and customer services gives you the run around

i did the buyout and not getting the bonus dil. wrote a ticket from support but all they do is give me the run around, i recommend not buyout ever again. all they end up doing is ripping off the customer in the end. bought i day one and missing out on all they dil and all i wanted to do was help out the game.

    I am shocked that anyone would waste Zen to buyout an event that takes 1 minute per day to complete.

    Sorry you’re having issues, my guess is that support can’t do much because by the time they implemented a fix, the event would be over.
