Purchasing shuttlecraft

Hello i'm doing a mission called 'The Vault' and I have to requisition a shuttlecraft at StarBase39. I'm on the StarBase at the Shuttle and Ship Requistions Officer but can't find any shuttles to buy. I've tried everything and looked everywhere. I'm stumped !
Any ideas ?

    You need to talk to the shuttle officer first. Then you go to the ship vendor to get the shuttle. When you open the list, be sure that your rank selector is set to all. Also in the filter you can deselect all ship classes except for small craft.

    Yes thankyou selecting all ranks is what I was missing :) I got my shuttle and completed the mission :)

    just an FYI.. spending the zen for the Delta flyer is worth it.
