Any help fixing the Ba’ul sentry console? Unable to turn off the console once activated.

You are able to turn on the console but it remains active and you are rooted in place. Unable to turn it off. Is there a fix for this on Xbox?

    I use the elachi rift jump console to deactivate the ba'ul sentry console.
