stuck in doff Assignments “Facility 4028” reward is buged

can't obtain Duty Officer Requisition - Dominion Cadre from “Facility 4028” mission reward :( it is buged and can't make doff assignments with Telekinesis doffs.
Where else can i get Telekinesis doffs without spending zen ?

    You'll have to explain a bit more...

    If you already have, say, 99 doffs when you try to open the duty officer cadre, it may not let you open it...

    I know about the overflow thing, but there are times a box of duty officers won't open when you have reached the max...

    Unless there is another problem... But from your post, I can't tell...

    Facility 4028 works just fine, just did it yesterday and got my doffs.

    You can also get a vorta doff with the telekinesis trait by completing the Zenas Expanse Colonization assignment chain.

    Woah, OP... Before you go spending funds, let us try to help... Why do you insist it's bugged? Ice never had problems when I run out, and @kaithan1975 said it worked for them...

    thank you so much for Zenas Expanse Colonization assignment chain info.
    i have opened so many Gamma quadrant duty officer cadre, that all my crew is rare and vary rare now :D good thing you can buy them in exchange ;p
    turn out that i look like a hot head now XD it is because sto wiki is very poor in that kind of info.
    and yes “Facility 4028” reward system is buged, i read many similar issues that people started over and over game from lvl 1 just to get it and some get it some don't.

    Those doffs aren't so special that one would need to start over to get them. Well, maybe the Vorta is because of being able to get Ketracel from your replicator, but even still.
